LiSPM is an open-source Scanning Probe Microscope (SPM). It can operate as a Scanning Tunneling Microscope (STM), an Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), or both simultaneously. It uses audio DACs and ADCs to reduce costs and achieve better precision than some previous works.
