The probe (also called the “tip”) is made of 0.25 mm tungsten wire purchased from AliExpress. The original product page is no longer available, but similar offers exist. Make sure to buy wire that is close to 100% tungsten — avoid the silicon carbide ones that appear alongside it in search results. They are probably just some AI searching for keywords without truths to filter them out.
